New leadership elected in four municipalities of Bhaktapur

KATHMANDU, Sept 27: New leadership has been elected in all the four municipalities of Bhaktapur under the 14th General Convention of the Nepali Congress. Rajendra Tamkhu in Bhaktapur, Haridas Prajapati in Madhyapur Thimi, Shivahari KC in Changunarayan and Nishan Dhungel in Suryabinayak municipalities have been elected as president of the municipal committees.

KATHMANDU, Sept 27: New leadership has been elected in all the four municipalities of Bhaktapur under the 14th General Convention of the Nepali Congress. Rajendra Tamkhu in Bhaktapur, Haridas Prajapati in Madhyapur Thimi, Shivahari KC in Changunarayan and Nishan Dhungel in Suryabinayak municipalities have been elected as president of the municipal committees.


Rajan Joshi and Roshan Tukbanjar have won the post of vice presidents in Bhaktapur Municipality, Ratna Sundar Khuju and Sunil Raj Daibagya have won the post of secretaries, Bishnu Prasad Ganeju and Arati Ranjit have won the post of joint secretaries and Rama Dhakal Shilpakar and Biswajit Bhail have won the post of regional representatives.

Anil Shrestha and Sitaram Kutu have been elected as vice presidents, Ram Thapa Magar and Ravi Ghaju as secretaries and Bijay Prajapati and Jeevan Shrestha as joint secretaries.


Similarly, Raj Kumar Dahal and Dinesh Raj Giri have been elected as vice presidents in Changunarayan Municipality, Dinesh Thapa and Sijan Karki as secretaries and Gokarna Puri and Chandra Shekhar Khatri as joint secretaries. Raman Kayastha and Ramesh Adhikari have been elected as vice president, Suman Neupane and Bishwaram Thapa as secretaries and Amir Dhungana and Suresh KC as joint secretaries.
