New books in Nepali market

KATHMANDU, Sept 28: Ghintang Ghisi Twak is a poetry collection by Rupesh Shrestha. The collection of eloquent poems was released on Friday at Nepal Pragya Pratishtan, Kamaladi. “It felt like carrying a newborn baby but with a name,” said Rupesh Shrestha on Sept 11 after receiving the first copy of his book.

The collection of eloquent poems was released on Friday at Nepal Pragya Pratishtan, Kamaladi. “It felt like carrying a newborn baby but with a name,” said Rupesh Shrestha on Sept 11 after receiving the first copy of his book.


Hansa is a novel by Sanjeev Uprety, a former professor of English at Tribhuvan University. The book will be released Saturday. The book is a love story with a particular focus on birds.
