KATHMANDU, Jan 8: Nepathya is to embark on a 3 city concert tour this January as part of their 25 years celebration. The band had performed open-air shows during 2017 in Kathmandu, Butwal, and Pokhara. The band now plans to extend their 25-year celebration to other parts of the country as well.

The band’s first show will take place at Saraswoti School of Damak, which is being organized by 3ink vision, Jay media and Purwanchal Rocks. After Damak, the concert tour will move towards Narayanghat.

The show in Narayanghat will be held at the Narayani River Bank on the occasion of Maghe Sakranti. The show in Narayanghat is being organized by Dataz Event Management.

Nepathya had performed to a packed audience at the same venue almost two years ago. After performing at the sandy river bank of Narayani river, the band will head towards Bhairahawa for their final stop. The band will perform at the Paklihawa School Ground in Bhairahawa on the occasion of Sonam Lhosar being organized by Perfect Event Squad.

‘We had established a special bond with our listeners outside the capital with our nation-wide peace concert tours during the conflict times’ said Nepathya Frontman Amrit Gurung. ‘We are always keen to stay connected to our audiences through our music’, he added. ‘I feel fortunate that we are able to share our 25 years celebration with our listeners from different parts of the country’, he said.

We have always treated all Nepathya shows equally on technical grounds, whether it is held in Kathmandu or elsewhere, said Kiran Krishna Shrestha of Nepalaya, managers and promoters of Nepathya. This time too, Nepathya’s concert will be based on the same technical excellence for which a jumbo technical team will travel with the band for the entire tour.

Nepathya will be performing songs from their collection of both old and new at the concert. The band will also perform songs from their upcoming 10th album.
