Nepali woman kills self in Kuwait jail

KATHMANDU, May 6: A 35-year-old Nepali woman in the detention center for women at the Central Jail in Sulaibiya committed suicide inside her cell, the Arab Times online said.



Paramedics rushed to the location immediately after receiving information on the incident. Her remains were referred to Forensics.



According to the website, a case was registered and investigations are underway to determine the actual circumstances which may have prompted the woman to take her own life.
