The body of Mohiuddin, 28, from Ekleni in Nepalgunj was thrown near the outer signal of Nanpara railway station in Bahraich, Uttar Pradesh. The eyes were missing from the body.
The villagers spotted the body on Monday and informed the railway police. The family members have been informed, the report said.
