KATHMANDU, Feb 28: The parliamentary party of main opposition Nepali Congress (NC) and the Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) has expressed grief over the demise of Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Rabindra Adhikari in a helicopter crash in Taplejung.
Balkrishna Khand, the spokesperson of NC parliamentary party, issued a condolence message on Wednesday evening to express profound sorrow over the demise of seven people including Minister Adhikari.

Likewise, RPP said that the party was shocked by the death Adhikari along with the six other onboard the Air Dynasty flight.
Minister Adhikari along with Managing-Director of Yeti Airlines Aang Tshiring Sherpa, Deputy Director-General of Civil Aviation Authority Nepal, Birendra Prasad Shrestha, Director Durba Bhochhibhoya, Under-Secretary at the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers, Yubaraj Dahal, Captain of helicopter Pravakar KC and security guard of Minister Adhikari, Arjun Kumar Ghimire died in the helicopter crash.
"The demise of dynamic youth leader has caused an irreparable loss to the entire country. His passing-away has shocked and saddened us", reads the message.
