JAJARKOT, May 16:Nepali Congress has opened an account in Jajarkot district with the victory it achieved in Kuse Rural Municipality.
Both mayoral and deputy mayoral candidates belonging to Nepali Congress Hari Chandra Basnet and Ram Chhaya Shahi have won the election in Kuse Rural Municipality.

NC mayoral Basnet secured 2508 votes, as compared with 2244 votes secured by his closest opponent Tapta Bahadur Hamal of CPN-UML.
Likewise, NC deputy mayoral Shahi got 2378 votes whereas his closest opponent Ganga Devi Rokaya of CPN-UML obtained 1980 votes.
