Nepal conceded 17 goals in total. Nepal had lost its first match against Iran 5-0 and went 2-0 down against Afghanistan and faced 6-0 defeat against Saudi Arabia in its third match.On Tuesday's match held at the PAS Stadium, Nepal conceded one goal in the first half but failed to keep the same momentum and let in three more goals in the second half.
As the competition concluded, Nepal's skipper Jagajeet Shrestha said that Nepali players were not serious about the competition since they did not get any motivation from All Nepal Football Association (ANFA).
However, at the same time he added that Nepal lacked the maturity as a team.
"Most of the boys' are from junior age-group teams and they were not taking the event seriously. Players were also not physically strong enough for the competition," he said.
Mohammad Maraaba and Fadi Zidan both scored twice for the Palestine, which had also been knocked out of the tournament facing two defeats.
Mohammad gave Palestine lead in the 31st minute and doubled the advantage in the 63rd minute.
Later, Fadi found the net in the 64th and 80th minutes to give Palestine two win from four matches.
Like previous matches, Nepal failed in co-ordination as well as in defense.
