Nepal wants to see 19th SAARC summit convened at the earliest: PM

KATHMANDU, Dec 3: Prime Minister KP Oli said on Sunday that Nepal wishes to see the 19th summit of the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation held at the earliest possible.

KATHMANDU, Dec 3: Prime Minister KP Oli said on Sunday that Nepal wishes to see the 19th summit of the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation held at the earliest possible.

PM Oli conveyed this wish to visiting former prime minister of Pakistan Yousaf Raza Gillani during a meeting on Sunday, according to a press release issued by the Prime Minister's Secretariat. 


“We want to see the SAARC Summit held and handover the chairmanship at the earliest,” Oli told Gillani, who is currently in Kathmandu to participate in the Asia Pacific Summit 2018.
