Nepal Trust issues final warning to evacuate Kathmandu Plaza by April 13

KATHMANDU, April 8:  Nepal Trust has issued a final warning to evacuate the Kathmandu Plaza building by April 13.


Issuing a public notice on Wednesday, the office of the Nepal Trust stated that the Concept Developers Pvt Ltd, which had signed a lease contract with the office, was repeatedly ignoring the notice sent via post and the notice published in the national newspapers and electronic media. The Trust office also said that the Company had even ignored the notice pasted on the building premises.

The Concept Developers Limited continues to occupy the building even as the term of the lease contract expired on June 16 last year. 


The Trust office has threatened to take necessary action against all businesses and the enterprises, which have been operating their businesses at the building, if they failed to evacuate the spaces occupied by the stipulated time frame.
