KATHMANDU, August 24: The new jersey of the Nepali National Men's Cricket Team has been unveiled. The jersey was jointly unveiled by Nepal Cricket Association (CAN) and the main sponsor mySecond Teacher on Monday.
Earlier this month, CAN and mySecond Teacher held a Jersey Design Competition. The jersey designed by Adarsha Pokhreal was selected among 500 different samples. He has also won hundred thousand rupees for his design. Sulav Budhathoki, co-founder, mySecond Teacher, was surprised to see such a huge number of participants in the competition. “All these participants gave us astonishing designs that would surely capture the eyes of all. However, we had to choose one design and we are proud to award Adarsha Pokhrel for his beautiful design,” he said.

CAN Treasurer Roshan Kumar Singh stated that the Nepali cricket fans’ trust and faith in the cricket body had made it possible for them to set a new benchmark. “We believe that this jersey sets new rays of hope and strengthens the playability and performance of our players,” he said.
