Nepal reports two new COVID-19 cases

KATHMANDU, May 16: The Ministry of Health and Population has confirmed two more cases of novel coronavirus on Saturday afternoon.

KATHMANDU, May 16: The Ministry of Health and Population has confirmed two more cases of novel coronavirus on Saturday afternoon.

Speaking at a regular press briefing, Dr Bikash Devkota, the spokesperson for the ministry informed that a 52-year-old man from Mahottari district and another 26-year-old youth from Kavre district were diagnosed with this deadly virus today. 


With this, the total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases has climbed to 278--- 224 males and 54 females. Of them, 36 have been recovered.
