KATHMANDU, JULY 3: According to the information released by the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP), Nepal recorded 53 new cases of COVID-19 along with 20 recoveries and zero deaths on Sunday.
A total of 2,121 swab samples were tested for COVID-19 on the day. Out of 1,163 PCR and 958 antigen tests, 39 PCR and 14 antigen tests turned out to be positive for the virus.
There are currently 333 active cases of COVID-19 across the country with zero in quarantine. So far, 11,952 people have died from the virus in the country whereas 46,743,409 doses of vaccines have been administered till date - 9,893,848 first doses, 20,352,238 second doses and 6,497,323 additional doses.
