KATHMANDU, May 19: Nepal recorded 30 new cases of COVID-19 along with 13 recoveries on Friday, according to the information released by the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP).
As many as 944 swab samples were tested for COVID-19 on the day. Of them, 14 PCR and 16 antigen tests turned out to be positive for the deadly virus.

There are currently 89 active cases of COVID-19 across the country. Among them, eight are in institutional isolation, one in ICU and one is receiving ventilator support.
Meanwhile, the health ministry has urged one and all to take caution and also get themselves a booster dose of COVID-19 vaccine.
