Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has published the data related to the current economic and financial situation report of eight months of the current financial year (FY) 2079/80 BS. According to the report, this is a growth of 25.3 percent in the remittance inflow.


The country has received a total of Rs 714 billion in remittances till February of the current year. In the same period of the previous year, the remittance inflow decreased by 1.3 percent. The remittance inflow even in US dollars has increased by 14.8 percent. Now this amount has reached Rs 6.09 billion.
