Nepal loses opener

KATHMANDU, July 3: Nepal lost its opener against host India 90-37 in the men's Fourth SABA Championship held at the Sri Kanteerava Indoor Stadium, Bengaluru on Friday.

Nepal went down 29-10 in the first quarter and added 10 more in the second quarter when India added 21 points to make it 50-20. Nepal continued its poor performance in the third quarter scoring only 10 points while India added 23. In the last quarter Nepal added only seven points against India's 23.
