Opener Subash Khakurel (46 runs off 56 balls), Gyanendra Malla (41 off 30), Sharad Veswakar (32 off 23) and Rajesh Pulami (17 off 8) scored in double figures. Gyanendra smashed six fours, while Subash and Sharad cracked five fours each.
After dismissal of opener Sagar Pun without scoring single runs, Subash shared 69-runs partnership for the second wicket with Gyanendra and shared 53 runs partnership with Sharad for the fourth wicket.
RH Patel bagged the highest three wickets, while HW Podmore claimed two and GS Sandhu picked up one for home team.
Earlier, opting to bat first, Middlesex put 164/4 after A Balbirnie scored 72 runs off 45 balls smashing one six and nine boundaries.
R Higgins (38 off 42) and S Eskinazi (23 off 11) were other major run scorers for Middlesex. Balbirnie and Higgins shared 109 runs partnership for the second wicket.
Jitendra Mukhiya picked up two wickets while Sompal Kami claimed one for Nepal.
Nepali team is in England to prepare for the upcoming ICC World Twenty20 Qualifiers scheduled to be held in Ireland and Scotland from July 9-26.
