KATHMANDU, June 2: Nepal Ambulance Service (NAS) has commenced additional ambulance service with experienced health workers in two new locations, said the NAS.
The organization has added emergency ambulance service also in Chitwan and Pokhara, it said.
“Until now, Nepal Ambulance Service has been providing ambulance services in the Kathmandu Valley and henceforth, it has initiated its services to the new cities,” NAS said in a statement. “With the addition NAS is providing its international standard emergency health service in Kathmandu Valley, Chitwan and Pokhara with its fleet of fully equipped 11 ambulances.”
For emergency ambulance services one can call toll free number 102. The organization has announced its plans to extend the services to Butwal and Bhairahawa starting June 15.
