DAMAULI, August 7: Nepali Congress General Secretary Dr Shashank Koirala has pointed out the need for a leadership change in his party. Speaking at an interaction organised by the NC Tanahu here today, he said the NC should elect a chair who would provide a new direction to the party. He also emphasized on the need for a leadership that could keep the party united. "There is a need for leadership change in the party, and I am in favor of it," he said. The NC General Secretary also shared that the general convention would take place after the State structures of the party are finalized.
