KATHMANDU, Nov 20: The secretariat meeting of the ruling Nepal Communist Party on Wednesday afternoon has decided to hand over all the executive powers of the party to co-chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal.

According to the party spokesperson Narayan Kaji Shrestha, Prime Minister and another chairperson KP Sharma Oli will lead the government for whole five years.
"Similarly, the chairperson duo will chair the meetings of the party. However, Dahal will chair and conduct the meetings in general," informed Shrestha.
