KATHMANDU, Feb 26: Ncell has reopened its Ncell Centre in Pokhara, restoring full-fledged customer service operations.
The centre, located at Sirjana Chowk in Pokhara, had remained closed following vandalism during the recent Gen-Z movement. The newly repaired facility was inaugurated on Thursday amid a formal programme, according to a press statement issued by Ncell.
Jyoti Dahal, Customer Operations Manager of Ncell, and Yam Prasad Gautam, HR Officer of Pokhara Noodles, jointly inaugurated the centre.
Business ideas matter
During the closure, Ncell had been providing services temporarily from its office on the first floor of the same building.
“We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused to our customers due to the temporary closure of the Pokhara Ncell Centre. We are pleased to bring the centre back into operation and resume services with a continued commitment to delivering a top-notch customer experience,” Dahal said.
According to the company, the centre has resumed operations with the objective of providing a wide range of services from a single location while ensuring a world-class service experience. Customers can access all customer care services at the centre, the press statement reads.
Services available include enquiries about products and services, SIM card purchases, internet settings support and various corporate services. Customers can also upgrade their SIM to 4G, replace SIM cards, upgrade to eSIM, make changes to CUG numbers, activate international roaming, pay bills, recharge and transfer balance, among other services.
The reopening of the Pokhara Ncell Centre, the company said, reaffirms its commitment to delivering reliable and high-quality services at the local level. Ncell currently operates 31 Ncell Centres across the country.
