KATHMANDU, March 2: Ncell has launched an attractive scheme 'Roaming Reward' for customers using its roaming service. From now onward, any postpaid or prepaid customer, while travelling outside the country, can make calls and earn points/miles that can be used for free flights or hotel stays, Ncell said in a statement.
The scheme introduced in partnership with Travelling Connect, the first global rewarding program with a focus on roaming customers, is targeted at customers who travel frequently and participate in the loyalty programs of airlines companies and hotels.

"Apart from free air ticket or hotel stay, the points earned are also redeemable to other goods or services the partners provide in their loyalty program," the statement added. Under the scheme, customers get one point/miles for every 1 minute outgoing call while on roaming.
The scheme is coming into effect from March 1. The company has also asked its subscribers to register themselves in Ncell Roaming Club via Ncell website with name, email, mobile numbers and other details before travelling to any destination out of the country.
