NUWAKOT, Nov 26: Nepali Congress (NC) Candidate Bahadur Singh Lama (Tamang) has won the election to the position of Province Assembly member from the Nuwakot electoral constituency 2B. He got 17,249 votes against 9,124 by his nearest competitor Bijay Singh Lama (Tamang) of the CPN-UML.

With the announcement of the poll results for the Nuwakot 2B, counting of votes under the elections to the member of the House of Representatives and Province Assembly-2022 completed in the district. As per the results, the democratic-left alliance clinched a complete victory in two HoR and four PA seats.
