NC, UML to call all-party meet on Tuesday

KATHMANDU, May 10: Leaders of Nepali Congress and Communist Party of Nepal

(Unified Marxist-Leninist) on Sunday decided to call a meeting of all the political parties on Tuesday to discuss formation of future coalition.



At a meeting held at UML’s central office, the leaders decided to take immediate initiative to end current political impasse.

They decided to hold talks with the Unified Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist) which has been disrupting the House meeting so as to prevent other parties from entering into the process of prime minister’s election.


NC leaders Sher Bahadur Deuba and Ram Chandra Poudel were in the meeting with UML leaders.
