At the function, Unified CPN (Maoist) Spokesman Dinanath Sharma said his party has no objection to make Dr Bhattarai the new Prime Minister.
Saying that the Maoist party is seriously working for constitution drafting as per the wishes of people, Sharma said Congress and UML should also seriously work for the same cause being honest.
The Maoist party ended dual security system by sending People’s Liberation Army combatants deployed for the security of top Maoist leaders to implement the five-point agreement, he said.
UML leader Pradeep Gyawali said Prime Minister Khanal will resign immediately after national consensus is forged. If Congress is okay with the Maoist leadership, UML has no objection, he said.
