Addressing the party cadres here today, leader Koirala added that a new figure should emerge as the party president as the cadres were found divided on the side of President Sushil Koirala and senior leader Sher Bahadur Deuba.He further said that a new constitution would be issued even through voting process if consensus bid failed. Leader Koirala said that though the consensus based constitution would be long lasting, they could not wait for long, expecting the same.
