KATHMANDU, Nov 10: The Nepali Congress (NC) has finalized its candidate for the post of Vice Chair of Sarkegad Rural Municipality, Humla, for by-elections to be held on December 1 this year.
According to Basanta Rokaya, the NC’s district vice-chair, Sabita Budha of Rahadev, Sarkegad Rural Municipality-8, has been approved as the candidate to represent the NC in the upcoming by-elections.
