NC candidate Nurpu Sangbo elected Naukunda Rural Municipality chief

RASUWA, May 17: Nepali Congress candidate Nurpu Sangbo has been elected as chief of Naukunda Rural Municipality. He has secured 2, 301 votes.

RASUWA, May 17: Nepali Congress candidate Nurpu Sangbo has been elected as chief of Naukunda Rural Municipality. He has secured 2, 301 votes.


His closest rival Mlandung Moktan of CPN-UML got 1, 717 votes.

Similarly, CPN-UML candidate Sirjana Tamang has been elected as deputy chief with 1, 609 votes.


Her closet rival Naya Shakti Party Nepal Yuti Lamini got 1 526 votes.


Of the total five rural municipalities, the results of Parbatikunda Rural Muniicipality are yet to be declared.
