DOLAKHA, Jan 1: Locals of Dolakha people have greeted Tourism Minister Ananda Pokharel with black flags.
The cadres affiliated to Nepal Students Union and Tarun Dal, sister organizations of the Nepali Congress, have greeted Minister Pokharel with black flags in his home district on Friday.

Minister Pokharel was shown black flags while he was heading to district headquarters Charikot to attend a program titled Constitution for the People with the People today.
The cadres have shown the flags to Pokharel protesting the government's plan to shift under construction film city from Dolakha to somewhere else.
Earlier at a meeting in Baluwatar, Prime Minister KP Oli had hinted to shift film city from Dolakha to somewhere else in a light-hearted comment, reasoning that there are no sufficient infra-structures.
The preliminary work for the construction of film city has already begun at Dangdunge hill of Lankuri Danda VDC. The NC cadres have boycotted the program participated by Minister Pokharel accusing him of conspiring to shift the film city to somewhere else, said District President Tara Bahadur Koirala.
