National wushu from Thursday

KATHMANDU,April 21  : Nepal Wushu Association is organizing the 11th National Wushu Tournament in Kathmandu from Thursday. All the events of the three-day tournament will be played at the Olympian Semi Covered Hall of National Sports Council.


Junior national taekwondo from Thursday

KATHMANDU, April 21 : National Taekwondo Association, Nepal, a sister organization of the Confederation of Nepali Sports, is set to organize the Third NECOS Junior National Taekwondo Tournament from Thursday at the Covered Hall of National Sports Council. Altogether 1,403 players from 61 districts will take part in the tournament, according to coordinator Tonil Karmacharya. The organizers estimate that the cost of organizing the three-day event will be around Rs 3.25 million.
