KATHMANDU, July 13: National Life Insurance Company (NLIC) Ltd has celebrated its 29th anniversary on August 11.
Issuing a statement on Saturday, the company said that the company has made satisfactory progress in Fiscal Year 2015/16.

“The company collected Rs 3.85 billion as insurance payment,” the statement read: “But in the reviewed year, the financial growth rate was minimized by political issues."
The possibility of interest rate on deposit going down due to excessive liquidity can affect life insurance business, the company said.
“The company will always try to upgrade its quality in terms of services it provides to its customers,” the statement added.
