KATHMANDU, Mar 15: President Bidya Devi Bhandari has administered the oath of office and secrecy to newly-elected Chairman of the National Assembly, Ganesh Prasad Timilsina, at a special ceremony held at the President Office, Shital Niwas on Thursday. 

Present on the occasion were the Vice President, the Prime Minister, the Acting Chief Justice, ministers, heads of constitutional bodies, the chiefs of the security bodies and high-ranking government officials. 

CPN (UML) leader Timilsina was elected to the post by a meeting of the National Assembly on Wednesday. RSS
