CHITWAN, June 26: The under construction Narayangadh – Muglin route will remain open round the clock to facilitate the voters heading to their respective destinations.
The local authorities had been closing down the perilous road stretch from 10 am to 4 pm on a daily basis for construction purpose. Multiple landslides along the route have resulted in deaths and traffic jams in the past week.
Many voters from three provinces are leaving for their destinations today to take part in the second phase of local polls.
Chief District Officer (CDO), Narayan Prasad Bhatta, said human resources and equipment are on standby to get to work immediately in the eventuality of a fresh landslide on the route. RSS
