On Ashoj 15, 1824 BS Gorkhali won a war against East India Company at Sindhuli Gadhi. Remembering this day, Painting Department of Nepal Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA) organized an art workshop in Sindhuli Gadhi.
Member of Legislative Assembly, Binod Kumar Khadga inaugurated the event on Monday by painting on a canvas. The inaugural event saw the presence of several dignitaries including NCP member Kamal Jung Rai, and actor Bishwambhar Lamichhane.

Chef Guest of the event, NAFA’s — Painting Department’s Head Sushma Rajbhandari gave several prizes to the attendees including canvas, and colors.
The event is slated to be held till Friday.
