According to a statement issued by the NA, the Summary General Military Court, issuing its verdict, dismissed rifleman Tanka Bahadur Kumal from army service, demoted Corporal Dilli Ram Paudel to Lance Corporal, stopped riflemen Narayan Bidari and Kundal Singh Dhami from being promoted for three years and stopped salary increment of Warrant Officer II Buddhi Bahadur Kumai for a year.
The incident had occured on June 17 this year.
