Muslim students of Sanskrit get scholarship

MORANG, July 5: Lions Club, Biratnagar Center has provided monthly scholarship to four Muslim students acquiring Sanskrit education.



Center Chairperson Hari Bahadur Shrestha gave away the scholarship of Rs 500 each, amid a program on Monday.



At the program organized by Gayatri Sanskrit School, scholarship was provided to 264 students of various areas with support from Biratnagar sub metropolis, District Education Program, Morang, Education Helpline, and other organizations.



The recipients of the scholarship are girl students and children with disabilities, children belonging to disappearing castes and child laborers.
