Muslim organizations condemn murder of Ahmed

KATHMANDU, Sept 27: Nine different Islamic organizations have demanded action against the murderers of general secretary of the Islamic Association Nepal, Faizan Ahmed Falahi, and justice to the victims.



Issuing a press release jointly on Tuesday, they said the murder of Ahmad has saddened the Islamic community, adding that the incident occurred in broad daylight due to weak security situation in the country. [break]



Islamic Association Nepal, Muslim Mukti Morcha, Nepal Muslim Ittehad Organization, Muslim Association Nepal and other organizations have condemned the murder.



Ahmad was shot dead at 1:45 pm Monday in front of Jame Mosque, Ghantaghar.
