Metlife upgrades its offices in Pokhara and Butwal

KATHMANDU, Oct 29: MetLife Nepal, a life insurance company, has enhanced the facilities in its offices in Western Nepal. The company’s offices in Pokhara and Butwal have been converted to branch offices.

According to a statement issued by the company, all its clients can now avail all services including application and premium collection, policy delivery and other support services related to policy changes, reinstatement, customer inquiry handling and other document processing from Pokhara and Butwal. “The company believes that this enhancement will help to provide additional access to facilities and convenience to customers in the region,” the statement added.
