KATHMANDU, Dec 17: Nepal Handball Association on Thursday selected a 14-member men's squad for the 12th South Asian Games to be held in India on February 6-16.
National teams for handball tournament announced
The team comprises of eight players from Tribhuvan Army Club and three players each from APF Club and Kaski, according to Sandesh Regmi, the general secretary of the association. Army's Amar Shrestha, Bishal Basnet, Jakta Bahadur Shrestha, Krishna Bahadur Chaudhary, Madan Chunara, Suwarna Madihang, Sunil Khatri and Sri Bahadur Sinjali, APF's Bimal Bhat, Indra Narayan Chaudhary and Manoj Thagunna and Kaski's Prem Bahadur Gurung, Sharan Thapa and Basu Gurung were selected for the SAG. The association has already selected women's squad.
