KATHMANDU, Aug 1: Mega Bank Nepal Ltd (MBNL) has launched a special scheme on its 'Mega Naari Sirjanshil Saving Account'.
Issuing a statement on Sunday, the commercial bank said that the special scheme was launched on the occasion of Teej festival.
According to the statement, women opening this saving account with minimum balance of Rs 500 will get 2 percent cashback on every transaction made through their debit card and 5 percent cashback on transactions made through credit card.
They get 3.5 percent interest income.
Similarly, the bank will provide them with Visa card, account statement facility, and mobile banking service.
Likewise, check book and online banking service will be provided free of charge under this scheme which will continue for a limited period of time, according to the statement.
