Mayor Balen to monitor Koteshwar footpath and parking lots today

KATHMANDU, August 24: On Wednesday, Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) Mayor Balendra Shah (Balen) is going to monitor the footpaths and parking lots in Koteshwar. A team including Mayor Shah, who visited New Road and Durbarmarg since Wednesday morning, is going to monitor the Koteshwar area in the evening.  

The KMC has run dozers on the illegal structures of big malls in the New Road area. On Wednesday, Mayor Balen reached Durbarmarg and ordered the demolition of the illegal structures built by shops and cafes.
