Govt decides to freeze bank accounts of transport entrepreneurs
 
The government has decided to freeze bank accounts of transport entrepreneurs after they halted operation of vehicles across the country today. As per the direction of Ministry of Hoem Affairs, Ram Bahadur Thapa, Nepal Police have also arrested the office bearers of transport entrepreneurs committees across the country. The transport entrepreneurs on Friday has halted the vehicular moments across the country. 

NC appoints Office bearers as Nidhi, Khadka & Mahat today

Nepali Congress has appointed office bearers today as Vice-Chairman Bimalendra Nidhi, General Secretary as Purna Bahadur Khadka and Joint General Secretary Prakash Sharan Mahat.

Ward Office shut down for indefinite time

The Joint office of wards 1, 2 and 3 of Panchkhapan Municipality has been closed by Biplav led rebel party for an indefinite period of time. Tek Bahadur Budhathoki, Ward-1 Chairman said that the premises of the office were surrounded by flag stands since Thursday night.  Budhathoki further added that the party has stated, "physical damages could take place if the office opens."

By utilizing the powers as provided by the law, local units must take action against those institutions and schools that are charging exorbitant fees.
