The Maoists said they seized her seven concrete houses remaining unused in Netragunj as she was living in the USA.
Earlier, the Maoists had seized 80 bighas of land in Bhaktipur VDC.
The Maoist interference will be removed if the landowner filed petition, said CDO Basant Raj Gautam.
