He took the action accusing the Local Development Officer (LDO) of embezzling huge sums of money in coordination with other political parties.
Yadav, along with a group of his cadres, had gone to the DDC office and had led LDO Bindu Prasad Guragain out of his workplace before padlocking the office gate.
Yadav then grilled Guragain about the irregularities taking place in the office. Yadav says the office will remain padlocked until all transactions made by the government office are made transparent.
After the CPN (Maoist) had announced a unification of the party with the People’s Front Nepal and created the Unified CPN (Maoist), Yadav had proclaimed himself the leader of the CPN (Maoist) party.
