Yadav and KPWP General Secretary Bidroha Biwas Binesh signed a seven-point agreement to “jointly fight against reactionaries to establish the power of marginalized and suppressed classes”. The agreement took effect from Monday.
Both the leaders in the agreement have vowed to accept Marxism, Leninism and Maoism as guiding principle and launch struggle to liberate people from all kinds of suppression including those based on class and caste.
“We will wage a stir to eliminate the so-called pro-Brahmin feudalist nationalism and establish autonomous federal states upholding the identity of Kirant, Tamsaling and Madhes [regions],” the statement said.
The leaders have also formed a seven-member committee comprising four members from Matrika’s party and three from KPWP to prepare ground for unity in the future.
