Oli, who has come to address the First District Council Meeting of the Baitadi District Committee of the CPN-UML and mass meeting in Gothalapani, on Saturday, blamed at a press meeting organized in Dadeldhura that the UCPN (Maoist) created the nonexistent combatants and cantonments, and has been collecting large amount of financial benefit.
He said the national political condition was complicated as the Maoist leaders signed agreements time and again, but ignored to implement them.
He said the UCPN (Maoist) will have no existence at all if the party failed to implement the recently signed seven-point agreement, adding the government´s talk of austerity ended with the expansion of the cabinet.
At the press meet, UML leader Oli said the Constituent Assembly term will be extended if the environment of confidence for the promulgation of new constituent was created within November 23.
"The latest activities of the government have affected the environment of confidence that was built after the seven-point agreement," Oli said. The agreement will only be implemented if other parties remain aware of the UCPN (Maoist), he added.
