Releasing a work entitled “Kina banne congress”(Why be a Congress) written by Nepal Students Union’s former General Secretary Kiran Paudel in the capital today, he said no works on constitution will move ahead unless the Maoist weapons and combatants are managed.

NC Central Member Pradeep Giri said the basis for one to be a congress is to be courageous like Girija Prasad, sacrificing like Ganesh Man, and with simplicity like Krishna Prasad Bhattarai.
Speaking at the programme organized by the International Socialist Education to mark the 15 Th memorial day of Ganeshman Singh, were NC central members Ratna Sherchan, Kishor Singh Rathor, and senior journalist Purushottam Dahal.
