Yadav immediately shot back at the party saying he no longer had any relationship with "that" party. "So their decision doesn´t affect me," he told my republica.com.
Yadav charged the unified party of chosing "reformist" path, adding that they are not in CPN (Maoist) any longer.
"If they express their self-introspection in the public (for choosing the reformist path), I may consider admitting them into my party," Yadav said.
CPN (Maoist) and CPN (Unity Center-Masal) had merged to form UCPN (Maoist) some time ago.
The party’s action against Yadav came three days after he announced reorganization of the Maoist party, most leaders of which, he claimed, “left the party to form UCPN-M".
It was his apparent disassociation with the party. "We have left an option open for him to rejoin the party if he gives up such activities in the future and shows his loyalty to the party principles," Sharma said.
Yadav had accused the Maoist leadership of indulging in corruption and neglecting Madhes and Madhesi issues. He also charged the Maoist leadership of abandoning revolutionary ideals.
