KATHMANDU, June 3: The Unified CPN (Maoist) has called an all-party meet for Thursday morning at the Maoist Parliamentary Party office in Singha Durbar to discuss the reported encroachment upon Nepali land by India.

The Maoists decided to call a meeting of all political parties represented in the Constituent Assembly in the wake of a recent parliamentary committee report that stated that India has encroached upon Nepali land at 60 different places.

“We have called a meeting of all political parties to discuss what all of us together can do to solve the problem and how to go about it,” Maoist spokesperson Dinanath Sharma told Republica. According to Sharma, senior Maoist leader Baburam Bhattarai will coordinate the meeting.
