KATHMANDU, Aug 8: Police on Sunday arrested a Maoist cadre in possession of a kilogram of brown sugar worth Rs 2.5 million. Radheshyam Prasad Sah, 30, of Bara, was arrested at Pharping. Sah told police that he has been assoiated with the UCPN (Maoist) party since 2001. He is currently a District Committee Member of the party.
